It is used to prevent water from soaking into the ground around your foundation and prevent soil from shifting. 1. Uneven Ground- One sign that your property may have drainage issues is the ground becoming uneven or developing noticeable hills and valleys. These formations occur when streams of water wash away the soil in certain spots, creating the depressions. 2. Unhealthy Vegetation- Another sign that you may require land grading services to correct a drainage problem is unhealthy grass, shrubs, and trees around your property.
